The company’s founders established In Gear Career, now the Military Spouse Professional Network, a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Hiring Our Heroes program, a nonprofit dedicated to helping military spouses with career development and networking opportunities.

With every deployment, new city or country, military families must establish new homes and careers. WWC Global began In Gear Career to provide military spouses with a network of trusted individuals, focused on their careers. Each chapter offers referrals, contacts and events to aid in their professional progression.

WWC Global also supports Homefront Rising and other philanthropic enterprises.
